Film and TV WorkUpper Brook House Farm has had the pleasure of working with production companies in the past, including working in conjunction with the UK’s largest independent children’s TV producer, Darrall Macqueen, on a high-budget TV drama. UBHF birds have also been featured in a school-based documentary.
As a result, we are accustomed to the entire process of film production, from the negotiations to the completion of filming, after which the birds are returned to us.
We are able to supply various breeds of ducks and chickens, however we can also source a wide variety of other poultry and livestock. Please contact us to enquire about the services we provide.
James is responsible for our Film Production service - please contact him at [email protected]. |
Our typical arrangement with production companies is that of a lease model - under this agreement, the production company will effectively rent the required birds from us for a period of time, such as a week. They can be collected by a member of the production team or delivery can be arranged. During this period filming will occur. After the birds are no longer required, they are returned to us, before they are sold to loving homes!
This is a popular model with producers as it is a completely stress-free process. ‘Lovely Little Farm’ Trailer [2022]
